It’s probably on your list of things to do. Burn 500 copies of your corporate video, and make 20 copies of tomorrow’s PowerPoint. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We can even mass-produce something as complex as an entire software package.

Pay less. Stress less.

Are the CD/DVDs you always need in stock? Elite’s duplication process includes just-in-time inventory management. Don’t worry about running out or an excess cost of outdated inventory. We’ll keep track of when your CD/DVD inventory is low, and stock you up when you need.

Duplicating

CD/DVD Duplication is the process of duplicating data onto an existing pre-made disc. This disc is known as a CDR, short for Compact Disc Recordable, and DVDR, short for Digital Versatile Disc Recordable. CD/DVD Duplication is ideal for your quick lead time or short run requirements. Quality 4-color process printing is available on your CD/ DVD and packaging.

Replicating

CD/DVD replication is the manufacturing process that essentially replicates or “clones” your original master. A Glass Master is created from your original master. From the Glass Master a set of “stampers” are made. These stampers, or, are the blueprint for the CD/ DVD replication process. In the molding process, a replica of the mold is created, the formed disc is coated with a micro-thin reflective layer of aluminum which is followed by the application of a protective lacquer that is spun onto the disc and then hardened. The replication process is now complete and your disc is ready for printing on an automated high-speed silk-screen or offset printing press. This process is ideal for high volume projects such as:
